Our History
CASA made a humble beginning as a Whatsapp group when it was formed by Lt Gen Gautam Moorthy, PVSM, AVSM, VSM (Retd), in September 2019. It started with the objective of sharing articles and information on Current and Strategic Affairs among like minded members. Over a period of time its membership grew, with experts in the field of strategic affairs joining the fold. A need was therefore felt for a website to be setup in order to give access to the views and publications of experts to a larger audience. Professional discussions are held in the forum almost on a daily basis with webinars being organised to discuss important issues.
