Myanmars Civil War

Myanmar is in the throes of a civil war which is dominated by drugs. There is a spill over into China. Equally there is a spill over into the troubled state of Manipur. Lt Gen Dushyant Singh (R) and I delved into various aspects of this conflict ridden state which is the centre piece of the Golden Triangle. One thing is sure. Democracy will not return in a hurry to a region where the drug and allied crime industry could be in the region of 20-25 Billion USD.
