The recent and ongoing Russia Ukraine war as well as the Israel Hamas conflict have some important lessons for India. Lt Gen Rakesh Sharma (R) and I had a conversation around the lessons we need to learn from these conflicts in the Indian context. This was a free flowing discussion which touched base on the important lessons at national level. These need some deep reflection to achieve politico military fusion which is fundamental to conduct of war successfully.
