INDIA USA RELATIONS : NEED FOR A NEW UNDERSTANDING

The global conflict scenario is changing fast and increasingly violent. The global commons are at risk these days. In such circumstances, the requirement is for a greater understanding between India and USA to develop a new architecture in tackling growing threats from the Iran -China-Russia-Pakistan axis as also non state actors. Brig Arun Sahgal and I discussed this problem in detail . It is in the interest of both countries to work together to rise up to the common challenges.
