How to Beat The PLA : Cues From 1967 to 2020

India often focuses on the 1962 defeat and gets weighed down by it. It is a psychological block. In all cases, we forget that we have bested the PLA and China four times at Sikkim (1967), Sumdorong Chu (1986), Doklam(2017) and Eastern Ladakh (2020). In an era where small skirmishes have geopolitical ramifications and where any action against China has clear political outcomes , we need to draw lessons from our successes against the PLA. More importantly, in the course of these skirmishes/confrontations with PLA, we have been tackling a belligerent Pakistan militarily also. There is a lot more that we have to learn from our own successes rather than lamenting on about our receding failures. This is an attempt to do so.
