Time to Modify The Agniveer Scheme

Lt Gen Vinod Bhatia (R) and i had a professional discussion on the Agniveer scheme. It is quite clear now that the scheme was implemented in a hurry. It needs modification. There are loose ends which adversely affect operational ability, individual aspirations, national aims and diplomatic relations. The faster the modification better. Ideal to implement it as a pilot scheme immediately.
