Emerging Contours of Global and Indo Pacific Order

The world is wracked by debilitating conflicts and loss of human life not seen in the past two decades. Brig Arun Sahgal (R) outlined an emerging global order as a consequence of these conflicts. The new order is driven by the ideology which has emerged as important factor in global affairs. The rise of middle powers and the aspirations of the Global South is also changing the behaviour of global powers. India needs to recalibrate accordingly. A fresh realistic view put across simplistically.
