PLA Purged and Flawed

Purges in the PLA are endemic. This is probably the third or fourth round of purges Xi Jinping is carrying out. The recent purges in the PLA is different from the old ones since it raises questions about the corruption in the PLARF and the overall quality of equipment in the PLA. The question at hand – Is the PLARF as effective as it is visualised to be? All the big talks about carrier killers missiles could be lot of hot air.
