PLA PUSHED BACK IN 1967 AT NATU LA AND 1987 AT SUMDORONG CHU

Lt Gen Sanjay Kulkarni (R) and I recounted the events of 1967 at Natu La and 1987 at Sumdorong Chu when India had the better of PLA. In fact the PLA got a bloody nose in 1967. More often than not these incidents fade with time and current narratives take over. Resultantly, the PLA through Chinese propaganda assumes proportions beyond reality and starts to play on peoples minds. This discussion dispels all such false notions. The PLA is defeatable and is out manoeuvrable. This has been proven repeatedly. We need to take it into the future.
