Lt Gen Shokin Chauhan (R) and I had an open and frank discussion on the Agnipath scheme which has far reaching implications for India’s security. The writing is on the wall that this is a bad scheme being implemented poorly. It needs to be modified post haste in conformity with the on ground realities which are staring at us in our face.
